Students from San Antonio de los Cobres in Salta, Argentina, have started their professional internships at one of Ganfeng's mining projects, "Mariana". These students, who were selected following a gradual interview process, are paving the way for future young talents from the Puna communities.

This valuable experience is made possible through a formal agreement with Technical School No. 3173 from San Antonio de los Cobres, which allows fourth-year Chemistry students to engage in internships within a professional and safe work environment. The company equips them with the necessary tools to carry out their tasks and provides them with training and continuous guidance from seasoned professionals within their appropriate fields.
